Returns:

  I fully guarantee my work. If not completely satisfied with your purchase, the price of the item (minus shipping costs and insurance)  will be reimbursed immediately upon return. 

Please provide notice of your intention to return, within 3 business days of receiving the item. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Contact me before item is shipped to confirm return. Item must be returned in the EXACT same condition as when shipped. No returns after 7 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

 

Shipping:

I ship 5 days a week, weather permitting. All items are shipped via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance within the United States which normally takes 2-3 days. 
I take a lot of care when wrapping and shipping and have never had a problem with Priority Mail.
All international purchases will be shipped via USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL.

 

Colors and Size:

I know shopping online can be a guessing game, so I attempt to take the best photos I can. But, everyone has different monitor settings, so please be aware that slight color differences are possible. I give very accurate measurements on each item. and it is up to you to make sure the size will fit. 

 

Payment:

I accept personal checks, money orders and PayPal.
I ship the next day after your Paypal payment has been posted. 
In the case of personal checks and money orders, I ship as soon as the payment has cleared my bank.
So, if you want to get it fast, use PayPal.

 

Additional info:

I do have cats. My kitties are not allowed into my studio, but, there is only a screen door between us.
If you are highly allergic to cats, I want you to be aware of this.
