 Description:  I sculpted this little fairy from clay and then used her to create a silicone mold.  I cast her in a warm tangerine colored urethane resin. I then hand painted her in black and reds. Her antennae are made from wire coated in black resin. Her wings are a single, hand-made, Monarch Butterfly (Danaus plexippus) The iridescent, transparent, Monarch Butterfly is totally encased in clear resin. The colors are iridescent orange, red, yellow, white and black. Stunning!

This pendant looks fragile, but it is NOT fragile. I cast this pendant with three of the toughest resins available on the market. Heat, chemical and UV resistant, this resin can handle the knocks and dings. You can drop this pendant on a concrete floor and not damage it. This pendant is totally water-proof.

This fairy pendant comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
